Uncommon Cargo was formed in 1985 to import African handicrafts & artifacts, and distribute them throughout the United States. Since then, Uncommon Cargo has expanded its inventory to include items from selected Asian countries. Our categories of inventory are almost too varied to list ... baskets, wood carvings, masks, dolls, textiles, stone carvings, musical instruments, folk art, religious items, jewelry, ethnographic pieces, weapons, tools, furniture, and on and on.
